        All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Domestic orders (within the US) generally are delivered 4-7 business days from the date of shipment. International order delivery times vary based on the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc).

        Correct Address - You are responsible for entering the correct address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to return shipping fees.

        RETURNS

        • We must receive your return within 20 calendar days of the date your order is delivered
        • Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, stain-free including makeup or deodorant - please be aware of this when first trying on the items
        • Returns received after the 20 day period or with signs of wear or damage will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
        • We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
        • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
        • SALE items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

        To start a return, send us an email at support@activealie.com and include your Name, Order #, and item(s) you are returning.

        We recommend obtaining a tracking number for your package as we are not responsible for and do not provide refunds for items lost in transit on the way to us. You will need to contact your shipping carrier (USPS, etc.) regarding lost or stolen packages.

        If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the refund within a few days of processing (dependent on your card issuer's policies).

        EXCHANGES

        • We must receive your exchange within 20 calendar days of the date your order is delivered
        • Exchanges must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, stain-free including makeup or deodorant - please be aware of this when first trying on the items

        Simply purchase the item you are wanting in a new order (before it sells out). Send your unwanted item back within the 20 day period to receive a full refund. All exchanges must be received within the 20 day period, no exceptions will be made.

        DEFECTIVE ITEMS

        All defective items must be reported by sending a picture of the defect via email to support@activealie.com within 10 days of receiving the item. Refunds for defective items are issued in the form of a digital Active Alie Gift Card.

        LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES 

        When you place an order with us please note that the liability is between you and the shipping carrier (USPS, etc). We do not make any exceptions to this policy. We are always happy to replace items that aren't marked as "DELIVERED" by the shipping carrier, but once the package has been scanned as "DELIVERED" we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do have a few recommendations to help track down your package.

        • Confirm that the shipping address you entered for your order is correct
        • Visit your local USPS office with tracking handy to see where the carrier dropped off your package
        • Check with your neighbors to see if your package was dropped off next door
        • Sometimes USPS updates tracking information as "DELIVERED" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the packages shows up.
